Climate Change

"Current and Local" is an "essay" that proposes a simple test for potential new energy sources. It uses the proposal by T-Boone Pickens as an example. T-Boone's proposal involves using natural gas in vehicles as an “interim” solution and large-scale wind power “plants” for a long term solution.
